We process orders quickly, so please act fast if you need to cancel.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at customercare@pekko.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled - please refer to our Return Policy in that case.
For prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
For COD orders cancelled within 24 hours, no amount is due and the order will simply not be processed.
Pekko reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
