Return Policy

We stand behind every Pekko product. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

What can be returned

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases only:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived with a broken seal or tampered packaging

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products under any other circumstances.

What cannot be returned

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper application
  • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or scent profile
  • Allergic or adverse skin reactions — see below

Allergic Reactions

Pekko products are formulated with plant-derived ingredients and are pH-balanced for daily use. However, individual skin sensitivities vary and we cannot account for every person's unique skin profile. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full application.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of allergic or adverse skin reactions. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that individual reactions to cosmetic ingredients are beyond our control and do not constitute a product defect. If you experience a severe reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

How to initiate a return

Write to us at customercare@pekko.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours. If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3–5 business days at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer — please share your account details when initiating the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Pekko reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with immediate effect.
