This Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on this Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Pekko reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from what is depicted on screen.
4. Orders and Payments
Placing an order on this Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of our order confirmation email.
We currently accept payments via [Razorpay — credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking] and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. All online payments are processed through secure, RBI-authorised payment gateways. Pekko does not store your payment card details.
For COD orders, we reserve the right to call and verify your order before processing. Customers who refuse delivery of COD orders more than once may be restricted from placing COD orders in future.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India via our logistics partners. Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and will be communicated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

7. Product Use and Liability
Pekko products are cosmetic personal care products manufactured in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Individual skin types and sensitivities vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Pekko will not be liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects arising from the use of our products. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list of each product and seek professional dermatological advice if you have known sensitivities or pre-existing skin conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pekko's liability in connection with any product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, product names, logos, images, design, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Pekko and is protected under applicable Indian law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
